Accredited NCQA Case ManagementThe National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) is the most recognized accreditation program in the United States. It is the only program that bases results on clinical performance and consumer experience. NCQA Health Plan Accreditation is dedicated to quality improvement and the standards provide a framework for implementing best practices and improving key areas.

In 2023, NCQA awarded MedStar Family Choice District of Columbia Health Plan Accreditation status for service and clinical quality.
