90 Day Pharmacy

MedStar Family Choice-DC covers a 90-day supply of most chronic disease medications at in-network RETAIL pharmacies (for example, CVS, Walgreens, or Walmart pharmacies) and through MAIL ORDER.

Medications available in a 90-day supply are listed here.

To get a 90-day supply of one of these medications through an-network RETAIL pharmacy, simply send a prescription for a 90-day supply to the pharmacy of choice.

To use MAIL ORDER services, prescribers may call CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy™ at 800-996-5772 or they may submit a prescription to the CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy™. To send a prescription to CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy for your patient, please complete the form below and fax to the number on the form.
